The Financial Industry Community Aid Programme (FICAP) was formed in early 2006 by a group of financial services professionals looking to give back to the community. FICAP's aim is to raise money for charities that benefit young people with the support of the Sydney Financial Services Community.

 

FICAP holds a charity event - 'Who wants to be a RockStar' - on an annual basis pitching budding financial services RockStar wannabes against each other. To date, FICAP has raised over $300,000 for a variety of charities.

The FICAP Committee is made up of several industry participants representing a number of major advice, platform and banking groups.
